Providing design-build commercial plans. Interfacing with architects, general contractors, and property owners we create the electrical layout, electrical circuits, load calculations, switchgear specifications, and Title 24 documentation. We also generate photometric layouts to analyze light levels.

We install telephone and data cabling from copper twisted pair through fiber optic, termination and testing. Certification for data networks is also available.

LED (Light Emitting Diode) retrofit with proprietary LED engines, drivers, and motion controlled dimming. Solid State Lighting provides a significant reduction in energy utilized for lighting. Our focus in developing our own retrofit LED components is aimed at replacing commercial high intensity discharge lamps.

Solar electric panels and a converter allow the generation of electricity from sunlight and excess energy can be sold back to the utility provider. We offer a complete solar package of design, installation, monitoring, including financing and leasing options.
